SEXUAL HARASSMENT

There are two types of sexual harassment generally recognized by the courts.

• Quid Pro Quo - Typically where a supervisor or someone with influence seeks sexual interaction or favors in exchange for job favors, such as promotions, raises or job security.
  
• Hostile Environment - Can involve many types of behavior or circumstances such as sexually offensive or imposing language, jokes, drawings, pictures, internet sites, emails, gestures, extensive sexual favoritism, etc.
